Who we are

Robert Cole Properties (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates www.rcpsandiego.com for our North San Diego County property management practice. We are a California real estate brokerage (DRE #01945776). This policy describes how we collect and use information when you visit the site or contact us.

What we collect

If you request a callback, we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, and optionally email, city, property address, preferred call time, and a message.

Our hosting providers may log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. On our public production site we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic. Analytics is not loaded on preview or local development hosts.

How we use it

• To return your call or email and discuss management or leasing
• To operate and improve this website
• To meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use this website to send marketing text messages unless you separately agree in a later conversation or document.

Who we share with

We use service providers to run the business: website hosting (including Vercel), email delivery (SendGrid), database storage for form submissions (Neon), Google Analytics on the production site, and AppFolio for owner/tenant portals and rental listings. Those companies process information on our behalf.

If you follow a link to AppFolio, Google, or another site, their privacy policies apply to activity there.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or clients, or as part of a business transfer.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to follow up and for ordinary business and legal retention. Active management files are kept for the relationship and as required by California law.

Your choices

Children

This site is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Updates

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
